Payment Structure

£500 Booking Deposit Required

Once you have had your free, no-obligation consultation and concept design, and you are happy to proceed, you will need to secure your next available booking slot with a £500 deposit.

50% Down Payment Due 4 Weeks Prior

A minimum 50% down payment is required at least 4 weeks before the commencement of building work.

40% Interim Payment Upon Structure Completion

Once the framing structure is up, a 40% interim payment is due to continue the project smoothly.

Final 10% Payment Upon Project Completion

The remaining 10% final payment is due upon the successful completion of your project.
